Rachel keeps the trains running on time. She coordinates cross-functional projects, manages vendor relationships, and makes sure that timelines, budgets, and team needs stay aligned across the organization. Before Drane Labs, she spent four years in program management at Stripe, where she developed a deep appreciation for the art of getting engineers to fill out their project trackers.
