Fatima Al-Rashid

Fatima specializes in fairness metrics and bias detection in large-scale language models. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and has published over a dozen papers on equitable AI evaluation, including two best-paper nominations at FAccT. Before Drane Labs, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems.

She's driven by the conviction that the people building AI systems have a responsibility to measure their impact honestly — especially on communities that don't have a seat at the table.
